Welcome to the Overage, Shortage and Damage (OSD) Report system
This portal will be used to manage discrepancies upon delivery to the customer. This includes overage, shortage, damage, refusals.
Key Points to take note:
- All carriers are required to report delivery discrepancies within 72 BUSINESS hours after the delivery has been completed
- In order to avoid processing delays kindly ensure that the SIGNED POD is uploaded and Nestle will complete within 72 BUSINESS HOURS
- Once new entry is completed with all necessary information and document, please change the status to Submitted for Review
- The Nestle OSD team will complete the entry and notification of disposition will be e-mailed to you and respective buckets will be updated with actions required
- For all re-deliveries, carriers need to attach the re-delivery PODs once available to the OSD they belong to
- For return products, carriers need to mark the products as Returned to Warehouse and attached Proof of Return to OSD they belong to
- For damaged products, carriers need to mark the products as Destroyed and upload pictures of destruction as proof
